Working in Japan was an exciting experience. The japanese bar show compiled with Whisky live at the same time offered a very large crowd. I had the opportunity to do 2 bar seminars with 80 and 120 people in one and the other plus a presentation or two on stage. I was mainly talking about cocktail psychology and the simplicity of mixing drinks. Afterwich I went out with Imperial Hotel team and ate the most glorious beef in the whole wide world. Cigars were fabulous too.
