I hav'nt been able to celebrate the 100 years of the bar but probably shall try to do a 101 party
I was really treated like a guest in this modern hotel with an immensly dynamic atmosphere. Joined by my swiss hotel school ex interns, we had a party or two on the summer opening of their beautiful swimming pool. The pool buffet and brunch was to die for. I particularly remember the cheese burgers that were actually desserts pineapple and cherries and cake instead of rolls covered with sesame seeds. Bravo George and his great team.
