I shall enjoy making cocktails in two hotels whilst in Tokyo, both are private events. The Otani Hotel will be a discovery for me whilst the Imperial Hotel is and old favourite. I have smoked a cigar or two with the Head Bartender and having been out with one or two members of the bar team a while ago for some fabulous steaks.
