Its a priviledge to be able to make cocktails at the Pierre. This was the Tyler Ellis and Ben Shriner cocktail wedding party. We first started in a beautiful salon before entering what can only resemble a theater of food and beverage. Here two more bars were set up and with the immensly professional Pierre bar team we continued to make simple and sophisticated cocktails throughout the evening.

After dinner it was down into the Pierre Cocktail lounge with the very rapid Bartender Paul Johnson who was found guilty of an absolute amazing performance between cocktails, smiles, jokes and putting up with me!

I think that it must have been around 3 in the morning that we toasted a successful evening with a drop of Normandy Calvados.
