I had a friend many years ago that had actually worked in both Ritz Hotels. Paris and London. I have always been rather envious. It's quite special to have worked in both of them, now the objective will be achieved. I shall be enjoying a special partnership with John Williams MBE. Executive Chef of the London Ritz over 10 days. John has created a super Menu and I have created drinks that will be served with the 5 dishes. I also hope to have an opportunity to work with Walther Pintus, the Head Bartender of the Rivoli Bar. We both have different styles so it shall be fun to mix and match.
Perhaps I shall see you there. On the 2nd we will do a tasting, then the 3rd I'm doing a private party, then from the 4th on till the 12th, I should say, we will be doing the special menu.
