Browns was a lovely event. The management were very nice to me and I met some very lovely people. We nearly ran out of cocktails. I was down to my last bottle of Champagne.
I missed Ago Perrone, my friend and his super team at the Connaught, but had to sleep a few hours before teaching in the Cesar Ritz Hotel School in Montreux. There I stayed in the Hotel Majestic, Montreux. The service is impeccable. I can recommend.
